Aqua feed production often uses raw ingredients like fish meal, which don’t flow easily and are prone to clumping, bridging, or hang-ups. That’s why we use smooth-wall silos and our patented butterfly hopper to ensure consistent flow, accurate dosing, and minimal product loss.
2Minimising breakage, maximising quality
Aqua feed pellets and kibbles are fragile and prone to breakage, which can lead to excessive dust formation. This dust doesn’t just lower product quality, it can also settle on the water’s surface, confuse the fish, and reduce sunlight penetration. To avoid this, we use cascade systems that gently slow the descent of the finished product into the bins.
