Coffee & Cocoa

Explore how we tailor our integrated storage solutions to the coffee & cocoa processing industry.

Tailored solutions

Our coffee & cocoa silos are tailored to preserve quality and streamline your production at every step.

Smart silo walls for easy flowing products

Coffee and uprocessed cocoa beans flow easily, which makes it ideal for corrugated wall silos. This single-wall system is lighter, uses less material, and offers a cost-efficient solution without compromising on performance.

Green coffee silos

Suited for quarantine

Green coffee often enters your facility under quarantine. Our silos are built for this critical first step, offering the airtight storage conditions needed to isolate and preserve each batch safely and efficiently.

Built to contain coffee dust

Green coffee releases a fine, stubborn dust that can quickly create problems. Our dustproof silos are designed to contain and control this challenge, keeping your facility cleaner and your operations safer.

Compartementalisation & batch controll

Our silo systems are easily divided into compartments, making it simple to separate different origins or blends. This supports full traceability and precise batch control throughout your production process.

Gentle handling for roasted coffee

Roasted coffee is more delicate than green coffee and prone to breakage. That’s why we design these silos to be lower, reducing fall height by default. To further protect the beans, we add spiral chutes that gently break the fall. These features work together to preserve bean integrity and help you deliver a consistent, high‑quality product.

Tailored storage for cocoa processing

During cocoa processing, the beans are separated into two parts: the nibs, used for chocolate production, and the shells, a by-product often repurposed for bioenergy or yard surfacing.
We store cocoa shells in corrugated wall silos, a practical choice for dry, free-flowing materials. The valuable cocoa nibs are stored in smooth-walled silos, ideal for maintaining product quality through better insulation and traceability.
