SUPPLY CHAIN OPTIMIZATION
The logistics facility of PT Nusa Prima became fully operational at the end of 2016. The objective was to optimize the supply chain for the import, handling and distribution of key raw materials for the feed milling industry. In the end, this will allow the company to save money, which will in turn be used to support the end customers (farmers). This is why the Government of Indonesia didn’t hesitate to participate in the project, which became as such a prestigious public-private partnership.
EXCELLENT RESULT
The customer chose to work with SCE because of our reliable track record in handling operations with a high product rotation. We provided them with a robust, modular silo building. The project was completed in due time and the result exceeded the customer’s expectations.
